財団法人近藤記念財団（以下、当財団という）は、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」を遵守し、また個人の人格を尊重する見地から、当財団に応募した学生、採用した奨学生、奨学金返還者、当財団の役員および職員に関する個人情報の取り扱いについて、下記の通り個人情報保護方針を定めます。財団法人近藤記念財団（以下、当財団という）は、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」を遵守し、また個人の人格を尊重する見地から、当財団に応募した学生、採用した奨学生、奨学金返還者、当財団の役員および職員に関する個人情報の取り扱いについて、下記の通り個人情報保護方針を定めます。

1.当財団は、個人情報の保護を実践するために本規定を定め、役職員およびその他関係者に周知徹底します。
2.当財団が取得した個人情報は、当財団の事業を実施する目的にのみ使用し、利用権限を付与された者が業務の遂行上必要な範囲内で使用します。
3.当財団は、本人が自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止、消去等の権利を有することを確認し、これらの要求に対しては適切に対応します。
4.当財団は、取得した個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損等を防止するため、適切な安全措置を講じます。
5.当財団は、あらかじめ本人の同意を得た場合を除き、正当な理由なしに個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
6.当財団が業務を第三者に委託する場合、当該第三者に対し必要かつ適切な監督を行い、必要な措置を講じます。

This Privacy Policy outlines how the Foundation collects, uses, and safeguards personal information of applicants, scholarship recipients, individuals repaying scholarships, and the Foundation’s officers and staff.
